Review on Extra Large 71X59 Inches Baby Playpen, Foldable Toddler Activity Center With Safety Gates And Breathable Mesh For Indoor & Outdoor Use by Nick Morales

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Solid Quality for my opinion

The playpen is pretty sturdy once assembled, but it is a bit frustrating to put together.First, the instruction booklet covers all sizes of playpens, so make sure you look at the correct model. Second, 16 of the 24 tubes have a pool-noodle around them, which makes them very snug as you press them through the fence cover sleeves. Third, the velcro doesn't line up super well, so the corner guards are a bit loose.Other playpens don't have the pool noodles, but those other models have harder struts as a result. so this is a bit safer option. Our zippers work fine. The size is as advertised, with the outside being 71 x 59 inches, and the inside being under that at about 69.5 x 57.5 inches. The floor at the edges is lifted up 2 extra inches from the floor (typical of playpens. probably for padding underneath?) The outside wall height is about 26 inches tall. For $120, I'm thinking this is a bit overpriced. It may be around the normal price for these pens, but I have a hard time justifying it being so expensive. they're not much more complicated than a cheap tent, and others include mats.

Pros
  • Convenient and Portable: The foldable design makes it easy to store and transport, making it an ideal choice for families on the go. The playpen can be easily moved from room to room, or even taken outside for play in the garden or park
Cons
  • The mesh material may not provide enough privacy for parents or toddlers
