I'm so glad I found these hats. I walk a lot and you tend to get very hot and sweat when walking uphill and in very hot weather. The cotton hats I've worn are too hot and don't dry quickly when wet. These hats are made of a very thin material that absorbs sweat quickly. Also, they are much cooler than cotton hats, so you don't sweat as much. Ventilated mesh on the sides for excellent breathability. I have two of these hats. I keep a hat in my van in case I forget to take my hat with me. A different hat is worn daily. I have to give these hats 5 stars because they work so much better than any other hat I've worn.
