Works great to protect my door from being scratched by my gold mix when I leave. He has separation anxiety, is unhappy when I leave the house, and scratches at the door. It's the perfect height when I put it on a doorknob. I used a command bar to prop it up so it doesn't lean or drag on the floor and it's holding up great! To people complaining about their dogs destroying it, I know what you were all expecting. This is not for destructive dogs that will grab it off the door and chew it up. Common sense will tell you that this will not work if your dog has a tendency to chew things and generally has a destructive and aggressive nature. Unless you stick it on the door. This is for light to moderate scrapers who can't find a way to ruin anything. Giving this product 1 star because your dog ripped it off the wall and chewed it to bits is unfair and shows that you are ignorant and think a piece of plastic will protect your door from a hyperactive dog. it's not magic
