I have never used gloves to cook before and I LOVE COOKING EVERY TYPE OF FOOD YOU CAN THINK OF. I've been making cake batters from scratch for years and I have to say they're great. No more flour sticking to hands and many washes. I read another review about small hands so I bought size M. The fingers on my small hands are a bit long, so I tend to cut the tip of my gloves when chopping vegetables or slicing thin meats. I'll go size S next time. Thanksgiving is almost here and I look forward to using these VERY DURABLE gloves for cooking turkey stuffing and all "meals" with these gloves. Not to mention Christmas and Easter I have for my family who come to my house. Cooking food is much better, you don't have to wash your HANDS all the time when the ingredients stick to it.
