I was so excited about this bag it was funny. I use it every day to go between home and work. I have received several compliments from colleagues for this. All in all it was a great bag until after just over 6 months of use the strap broke. The only other (minor) complaint I had was that the front pocket was crumpled on arrival. I didn't put much effort into smoothing out the crease and it didn't affect usability, just a minor blemish. small notebooks, a mouse pad, my large wallet and a few other small items. The hole in the frame makes it very easy to take the laptop in and out. However, you basically have to unzip the whole thing to get anything out of a large bag. It's not a problem on the way to or from work, but I wouldn't use this bag as a carry-on as I need quicker and easier access to the contents of my bag. frustrated by what I believe to be a short lifespan. I figured at least a year if not more. I haven't carried anything particularly heavy or carried it long distances, just to/from the parking lot to my desk.
