Review on 🔌 Universal 90W AC Laptop Charger Power Adapter for HP Compaq Dell Acer Asus Toshiba IBM Lenovo Samsung Sony Fujitsu Gateway Notebook Ultrabook by Micheal Chaplain

I bought this product because my wife had a short in the power supply and a smell of burnt plastic. Thank god it didn't start a fire or worse, electrocute her. When I looked at the device with a magnifying glass, it said 19.5V, 4.6A or 89.7 (let's call it 90W), but the power rating showed 45W? When I was looking for a replacement AC adapter I bought this one as it had plenty of replacement plugs for all the laptop models currently in use. The first thing we noticed is that the battery (also replaced with a NinjaBatt) and charging took ¼ less time than a brand new HP charger and battery ANYTIME! Another oddity, their computer has almost doubled in size and the screen is much brighter! I wonder if HP used a smaller charger and battery to bring down the cost of an otherwise well-made computer. The old adage that the buyer should be careful is more relevant than ever, especially when buying "bargains” from manufacturers. Time will tell how this device will perform as it is labeled 19.54V 4.65A or 90.86W so I'm sure it will be better than the original device which is hotter than a gun for $2 while this one barely gets warm. touch (as does their computer, weirdly!), so we're both glad this device at least lives up to specs, which the original clearly did NOT meet.
