This hat is AWESOME! I wear it when it's cold outside and I'm walking my dogs. The sound quality is great, Bluetooth connectivity is flawless, the buttons are easy to use and the battery ALWAYS lasts. I've had this thing for a few months now and I've never had to charge it. I like that I can play music but at the same time hear the sounds around me very well. The music is loud too. I'm not sure if you can hear it next to me or not, but I really don't care. If the person next to me is confused by my true crime podcasts, that's it man. Although the phone calls sucked for me. I heard the interlocutor well, but he didn't hear me at all. I only bought it to listen to music and podcasts while walking, so I didn't really care. The hat keeps you warm and looks great. The ball does not look flattened or flattened from above. My ears sometimes hurt a little after wearing them for a few hours, but they also hurt after wearing headphones or earphones for so long. However, I will say that it's a bit difficult to hear others when I'm wasting my hat by not playing music. Maybe because I'm partially deaf in one ear, I don't know. It just seems like something is covering your ears because the headphones are on. I just twist the cap so they're off the ears and it's better that way.
