I want to love this coat, I give it five stars; All my friends complemented me in size, color and style. It's an incredibly cute coat and it's super warm! But I've had it for a little over a week, and the zipper keeps opening from bottom to top, bottom where the zipper hooks keep clicking as I move my legs. And I checked if this case fits; no, it fits perfectly; I'm on the hip ratio end for a size down from where I went and it's nice and loose, more than two hands from the hips. So a complete let down because no matter how nice or warm it is when I go downstairs. on the street or bend down to pick something up, but it breaks, it's useless in winter. :(
