Seems to hold up blood pressure monitor, pulse oximeter, penlight and thermometer very well. I wouldn't put more in there just because the floor seems thin. I'm an acupuncturist so we need to take these items to do tests and this cart looks like it will do the job. I also like the many pockets. There are two zippered pockets to keep other items safe. I gave 4 stars as I'm not sure how long it will last with such a thin base. Do not put sharp objects in the main compartment.
