This is a product that shouldn't have left the factory.
I got it a few days ago and as soon as I plugged it in and tried to charge my phone it wouldn't charge. After playing around with my phone's placement, it was able to charge in 30 seconds. It has to be in exactly the right spot and it's hit or miss. You can leave it for an hour thinking it's charging and then find that it's only charging for a few minutes. My devices are getting hot. Judging by other reviews, this is an encouraging issue and not just a bad device. Wouldn't recommend it. Mophie makes good products. It's not one of them
