AT&T USERS READ THIS!

After several hours on the phone with AT&T and Samsung, I finally called back and spoke to someone who could help me tweak the settings to make it work. By default, the tablet has phone settings, so you need to change it to tablet settings. I offer a step-by-step guide on how I can help you below: 1. Turn on the tablet2. Go to Settings3. Go to Connections4. Go to Cellular Networks5. Go to Access Point Names6. "ATT Nextgenphone" should be selected here - this is wrong. We need to add a new one 7. Click "Add" on the top right and use the following settings: Name: ATT Broadband ---- APN: Broadband ---- All settings from the proxy through the multimedia messaging port "Not set" --- - MMC: 310 (should already be set)----MNC: 410 (should already be set)----Authentication type: Not set----APN type: default, mms, supl, hipri ,fota-- --APN Protocol: IPv4/IPv68. Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner and select Save9. This should take you back to the Access Point Names screen - select "ATT Broadband". Now the tablet should work. If not, ATT added it as an iPad and should replace it with a regular tablet. Enjoy!
