The massager is pleasant to use on the feet. Forward or reverse, even the gnarly part feels great. I have sensitive feet with many issues including plantar fasciitis which can be very painful. Still, the massager feels great. You can vary the intensity depending on how hard you press. Rolling your feet back and forth quickly feels great. You can also move your legs back and forth on rollers and quickly get rid of severe itching. The only downside I can see is that it glides fairly easily on a really smooth floor. Also, it can be difficult for a man to rub both feet on this thing at the same time because it's so tight. Getting both feet together quickly becomes awkward because you have to keep your feet together. I think even women are getting tired of holding their legs closer together to use this. The combination of the two makes it easier to hold with one foot while massaging the other. If it had better traction and only 6 inches between two sets of wheels, it would be a thousand times more comfortable for ALL users. I'm deducting a star for those two things. You should really consider making one of these a few inches wider for better traction. Either way, it's worth every penny. Your legs will thank you.
