This cap is great for keeping my hair from getting frizzed and kinked up while I sleep. I feel like my hair looks so much healthier now, I wake up, pull off the cap, and my hair is actually smooth and shiny! It's soft and loose fitting, but it stays on pretty good through the night. I like that it's not tight so it doesn't leave marks on my forehead. It's breathable so I haven't felt too hot while sleeping. I've been using it for about two months, it washes well but I have noticed that it has stretched a little and feels looser now, I just have to pull it a little lower on my head to keep it in place if I'm tossing and turning.
