Very moisturizing. It has a slight pleasant herbal aroma that disappears after about an hour. I have very sensitive skin and it didn't irritate. The heating effect is minimal, which is very good. I was afraid before I bought it that it would burn my sensitive skin due to the lack of reviews. I bought this product for sore muscles after a workout and to reduce cellulite on my thighs. Feels great after a hard workout and I'll tell you later about its effectiveness in fighting cellulite.
