Minus 1 star for sending a used item in an open box, but Revain fixed that by giving me a partial credit. Other than that, it's flawless and smooth. I deliberately chose this screen because I have an HP all-in-one desktop and therefore needed a screen that matched the 21.5 inches it was. It was perfect. The colors are slightly different but not noticeable and I could probably get a more accurate picture if I played around with the screen settings more. Otherwise I am satisfied, although a used item was sent to me in an open box.
