Review on Transit H-Bar Carrier for Kryptonite by Yung Kitamura

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Excellent comfort, cheap velcro straps

I bought this bag to carry the Kryptonite Fahgettaboudit lock in my commuter car. The stretcher itself makes a well-made impression and has a great design. At first I was concerned about the position on the steering wheel and the weight of the lock on the steering wheel. My fears were unfounded, after two days it was clear that the stretcher works well and the ideal position on the grill. However, Velcro straps are made from the cheapest, thinnest, and most worthless plastic available in the known universe. One of the straps broke on FIRST DAY OF USE! Unbelievable! You must not have performed any product tests on these harnesses. My trip is only 11 miles round trip. Given the high quality of the lock and mount, using straps leaves me speechless! Luckily I had extra high quality velcro straps to use instead or I would have sent the product back. I can still call the company to complain and ask for replacement tapes. But if they just send the same belts, then it's not worth the hassle. Without the straps I would have given the tote five stars.
