I decided I needed lighting when I first started writing product reviews and this lightbox seemed to fit the bill perfectly. The set includes a soft box, a stand and 3 LED lights, as well as a carrying case to conveniently keep everything in one place. I really prefer CFL LED bulbs as I don't have to worry about breaking glass bulbs and they are more energy efficient. So in terms of installation, it didn't take me more than 4-5 minutes to unbox this. and set everything up. I recommend watching the video I uploaded, but it's really not a problem; You don't really need any instructions or setup help as it's so easy. As for the stage lights and how good they look, check out my video review! The color of the light, as well as the intensity, is used to create better color detail and sharper images than just room lighting. I would recommend buying 2 or 3 of these softbox kits with LED bulbs to get more even lighting on both sides of any scene you are lighting. Highly recommended!
