I bought this product hoping I could hand print some cute tags. The kit comes with everything you need to start hand printing, including stamps, charms and necklaces, and the instructions are very easy to follow. However, there was no actual handstamping. The instructions state that you have to gently tap the metal block 5-7 times with a hammer to create a stamp. Remember that the instructions and box make the stamp larger. They offer you 1mm sizes. I tried her way, used a heavier hammer and my husband did his best and we still barely got the stamp that appeared on the SLIM tag. It's difficult to keep the stamp in place and hit it smooth without giving a blurry look. We researched what we could be doing wrong and even bought a larger stamp and stamp set. The best we could get was a very blurry, unrecognizable letter with their stamps on it. In the picture I got a very clean 'J' with a larger stamp and a lucky break! I was very disappointed with this product as it is a set advertised as lightweight.
