This product is of average quality. Read the instructions before trying to install it and you should be able to connect it. Water pressure is ok but if you need painful pressure this is not for you. I've had it for a few weeks and it works. The real test is how it will perform over time, but Revain wants ratings before you can take it out of the box so you can NOT rate it over time. Shower head and shower head which broke in my hand last time trying to switch from shower head to handheld. At least the holder here is made of metal and not plastic. Most products today are designed to break. Our uncontrolled capitalism has made the economy a god, and god needs constant feeding. My last shower head lasted six years. I live alone so it probably would have broken sooner due to family wear and tear. Will this one last? Doubtful. Will Revain change its rating policy to allow for real rating over time? Also doubtful. Much luck.
