I do cardio and strength training daily and have tried many different knee pads. These are definitely my favourites. They are extremely comfortable for all types of movements from squats to lunges to jogging. They have silicone strips that hold them in place. I've had them for about 2 weeks now, I wear them daily and I haven't noticed them stretching like the others I've had. I measured 11.5 and ordered medium and if it fits well. It's handy where the silicone strips are, but that doesn't bother me because they don't let the case slide down. I have constant knee pain during strenuous workouts and these sleeves relieve that pain. I am very happy with them.
