Bought these for my little daughter, she loves them. The lights are very pretty, I have them hanging over the curtain that darkens the room. The timer works on a 6 hour cycle as expected. They were very easy to set up, you have to unravel them, but if you have a little patience and do one strand at a time, there are no problems. The only problem I have is the remote control. The function of the program is not "sticky". I set one of the program's settings and it works for a while, but then reverts to the "original" setting, which is basically a "demo" sequence that goes through a few patterns and ends up flashing everything quickly. This is very annoying and not relaxing at all. If they could redesign the remote to retain the program setting for the duration of the timer cycle I would give them 5 stars.
