This shirt is much nicer than I expected for the price. Although it's a 60/40 blend of cotton and polyester, it feels like 100% Egyptian cotton. The shirt is sewn with high quality, the seams are even, there are no protruding threads. The color is attractive, not too "bright" for a boy (you know what boys are, I bought royal blue which he likes but don't want it to be too "girly"). Width corresponds to size. Some of my son's polo shirts are a little longer than this one for his height. This shirt suits him perfectly because he is just below average and strong. If you have a very tall and thin child (like my daughter) you may want to take measurements first to ensure you don't have to go up the next size. For the $8.80 I spent on this shirt I am VERY happy with the quality.
