05/26/2016, I received an email from this seller even before the item arrived stating that they want to fix problems "properly". This letter indicated a problem. My yellow cartridge was defective. Matte colour, yellow cast on all color prints and a yellow and white tiger stripe on the right edge. This problem is very similar to other problem summaries. Not even good enough for regular printing. All four came back via Prime (What great service, Revain! Prime Rocks). and see if they fail too. I didn't want to waste any more time or jeopardize my pristine printer, and my other existing cartridges weren't empty yet. Seller, if you sell a good product, I like to say that often. It's just not possible in this case. Sellers, the best way to get something "right,” as your pre- and post-event emails put it, is to ship acceptably working products the first time. You wasted several days of my time. Update 6/15/2016: After receiving 3 or 4 emails from the seller asking me to try free replacement cartridges, I made it clear that the seller did not contact me again. However, they contacted me again asking for shipping instructions. Bow!
