The most helpful thing about Nuro is that it is an all-in-one solution. It can be used for both internal and external communications. The best part about it is the ability to have a separate inbox for each communication channel, so you can easily go through your messages. It also has a great mobile app that makes it easy to read and respond from anywhere. The only thing I dislike about Nuro is that it can be a bit confusing to navigate, especially if you are a beginner. It can be overwhelming at first, but it's pretty easy once you get the hang of it. It's a great tool for internal communication and also a great tool for external communication. We are currently using it for internal communications and it has been a great tool for that.
