It was very easy to install. I bought two packs of these. A two pack for under my stairs that needed extra lighting and also under my cabinets in my main closet so I can properly light the display cases with jewellery, watches etc. Installation was easy. All I had to do was apply glue to the metal strip and then attach that metal strip where I wanted the light to shine. The light is magnetic, so the mounting of the metal strip doesn't have to be perfect. They can be off center by an inch or two and it doesn't matter as the light can move to the exact position you want. Batteries seem to last long enough. There is a switch on the side that allows you to turn the light on, off or on with one movement. If I leave the light on after a full charge, it starts to dim after a few hours. There is enough current to power the light even if the movement is turned on frequently. Recharging batteries is very easy. All you have to do is remove it from the metal plate held only by a magnet and then connect it with the micro USB cable. I personally use a battery pack with two USB ports and just plug in both lights and it takes about a couple of hours to fully charge. While charging, the red light will turn on to let you know when it's done. The red light will turn off when fully charged. The light is bright. Both lights together provide enough light to use in my closet under the cupboards as well as under the stairs. Motion sensors are also of high quality. I never had to try to turn it on with a wave of my hand. It always turns on when I'm around.
