If your baby has fat legs EVEN SMALL (and most babies don't?) IT WILL NOT FIT! They will be impossible to put on and keep. I'm guessing most people will want red ruby slippers for Dorothy's costume, so with that in mind find some that suit you! I'm not even sure if they were designed for a child's foot.
