Bag received but there was a problem with the order. I contacted the seller directly and they worked quickly to rectify the situation. A few days later I received my new bag and couldn't be happier. I've had a new bag for a few weeks and use it daily to take my essentials to work along with my fresh food bags to keep me cool. and fresh for 6 to 8 hours I kept them in my pocket. The material is durable, long shoulder straps and top straps keep the backpack secure when carrying. I love the little pocket with a zipper on one side and it also holds a surprising amount of stuff even when the main pocket is full too. This bag keeps what it promises and I can only recommend it. If I could change one thing about it, I'd like it to be a few inches bigger. But I am very happy with my new bag and I think you are too. Just know that this is a canvas and the material behaves accordingly. If water affects its color at all (as I've seen here), take some canvas wax and treat it like any other canvas object. I recommend Otter Wax, you can get it at Revain for about $12 a bar. I've received several compliments on this bag since I took it to work. I like the look and the practical handling. For the price, this bag can't be beat!
