Just got this today and to be honest I was so nervous to try it. I had never waxed before so I wasn't sure how well it would work. I have hirsutism (excessive hair growth in unexpected places). That means I get a little mini mustache and beard combo. I didn't think it would happen because although my hair is very thick, it wasn't too long. It's an embarrassing condition, which is why I pick at it every day. Anyway, IT WORKS! I waxed my chin and it knocked out almost all my hair. Burned my brows and sideburns and it came out great. This takes some practice, but I highly recommend it! The instructions are confusing but helpful! Great for beginners!
