The material is hard and rough

The material is very hard and rough. The detailing at the end is nice. When I tried it on it was very stiff and stuck out at odd angles. I was going to wear it to a Halloween wedding but it didn't fit properly when I put it on. It's good for the price, but wasn't useful for what I was hoping for. i will return it
