I have "Hotouch Men's One Piece Pajama Long Thermal Union Suit Button Down Pajamas S - XXL"Color: BlackSize: L I'm 5'10", muscular with 10-15 lbs (lbs) of extra adipose tissue (fat) concentrated in the mid-section of the torso (abdomen). My torso is medium or slightly smaller than average in length. The product was too short in length for the upper body which is why it was very tight at the crotch before/without washing. I have returned the item. The snug fit was mainly caused by insufficient torso length of the product and was not affected by the added mid-body circumference (shown by a total lack of improvement due to abdominal suction). I would suggest ordering 2 sizes up (but this may result in parts of the arms and legs being too long).
