Too lumpy for us - my new review

These pillows initially seemed great. I have taken several grocery bags of the filling out to adjust the firmness. I like a firm pillow and my partner prefers a softer pillow. No matter the amount kept or taken out of the filling, the pillows remains too lumpy for our preference. The outer cover is nice and soft though.
