Review on Nanpiper Blanket Blankets Flannel Reversible by David Moreno

Supplied in a beautiful box. It's very warm, almost too warm to wear in the summer, but that's not a big deal. It's easy enough. Contrary to what some other reviewers have said, this blanket is thick, well made and incredibly soft (see attached photos) if you never wash it. I'm only giving it two stars because of the strong chemical smell. I ordered 4 of these blankets, one for each member of my family, but the smell is so strong I can't let my kids use them. I've already washed duvets twice per manufacturer's instructions, but as some other reviewers have pointed out, washing doesn't get rid of the stench. Last night I covered myself with one of the blankets and at one point I had to change my nightgown because the smell of the chemicals got onto my clothes. I don't know what else to do to fix this. Another problem: One of the blankets came out of the dryer in hard-to-reach places. I would return the comforters if I hadn't already removed the tags (my bad). It's a total shame I'm now stuck with four smelly blankets and one that lost its softness.
