My daughter is 9 years old and just started using the scooter. I wanted her to be safe so I bought her this kit until she got the hang of the scooter. I found the straps on ALL the pillows were too small and I had to add extenders to connect them. The helmet was the only thing that fit perfectly. Otherwise I have no complaints. The set does its job. However, be aware that if your child is over 6 years old, you may need to add extensions to the harness.
