Bought this during a $32 lightning sale. I was looking for a cheap (value for money) and quiet mechanical keyboard and it ticked the box on both counts. When I first got the keyboard, I really liked the feel and feedback of the keys, especially on a non-mechanical keyboard. However, after a few days, I noticed a few things that led to me sending the keyboard back. Switch weights vary significantly. If I had looked at their website beforehand, I would have known about it. On their website the release weight is 55 +/- 20 grams. +/-20 grams! I'm just getting started to get into the mechanical scene, but it seems pretty drastic. At the same time, you get what you pay for, right? Real-life implementation: Some keys appear perfectly linear. You only feel tactile feedback if you press the button very slowly and carefully. In everyday typing, most felt linear. Some (few) keys had a satisfactory hit and told you when a key is pressed. In my particular case, the 'F' key has the most actuation force and was really nice to press. 2. The keyboard I came with had problems with the "O" key. Of course, this is probably just a defect and not the type of keyboard in general, but it gave me an idea of the overall quality of the keyboard. About 20% of the time, the "O" key didn't work on the first try. It got boring very quickly. Additionally, maybe 10% of the time, a single keypress will cause 2 O. It almost looked like there was a memory buffering issue where if the "O" key was missed once, the keyboard would queue it and would spend 2 O next time. In any case, this is probably a rare occurrence, but thought I'd share my experience. I summarize the rest of the details as advantages and disadvantages: Advantages: + Keyboard is a nice weight and doesn't feel cheap + N-key rollover + Accessibility + Dual keycaps feel solid on their own Cons: - Switch actuation force varies significantly (55 +/- 20d by spec) - The keycaps wobble, which amplifies the sound - The keyboard is very high. I'm not sure if this applies to most mechanical keyboards, but you'll probably need a wrist rest. if you use it for a long time. Arrived with a broken key. I think this keyboard is a good and affordable mechanical keyboard. Since I prefer to type without pressing the keys all the way down, I notice different actuation forces, which alone would have made me bring the keyboard back.
