Update: The seller kindly contacted me to let me know that I actually ordered the wrong size adapter as I accidentally ordered the 15x100mm version. I ordered the correct version and it works great! If only I could return the wrong ones I bought! I love my Rock Bros bike rack. But I just got a new bike with a 15x110mm QR axle so I had to buy these adapters. Unfortunately, they are too short and do not come into contact with the connector on either side. I'm not sure how they're supposed to work as they are. They just seem to need to add a little more width and then they're perfect. As they are now, my shaft doesn't lock up and the bike goes everywhere while riding! Definitely not good!
