Let me start by saying that I've been training for almost two decades. Everything from regular weightlifting to Olympic powerlifting and now a serious amateur cyclist. I know how to operate these devices. However, I have half a dozen HRMs. Everything from Gen 1 Tickr and Polar to Garmin. I completed two of these Tickr2s in 8 weeks. Wahoo guarantees the first and the same thing happened with the second. There is a very serious! Error in the new design. The support was great but they read the script. Do you know how to set it correctly? Did you know that it cannot be connected to other devices? For real? I know they should be asking these questions, but OMG! I wouldn't contact you if it worked! Skip it for at least 6 months to a year until they fix everything the heck wrong with that version. Choose Polar H9 or 10.
