I ordered this chrome polish and found a couple of important things were missing. First, there was no base or top in the kit so I had to order them separately. Second, step 7 is about applying a nail enhancer which is not included in the kit. Third, the last step says you don't need to apply a no-wipe top coat, and it doesn't either.
- WIDE APPLICATION: The powder can be used with both UV gel nail polish and regular nail polish. Different polishes give different actual effects.
