Quality Product with Consistent Quality Pajamagram has outstanding customer service. It is very rare to find a 100% customer centric company. Your staff are very friendly and really go above and beyond. I've never had a problem ordering from them prior to this particular set. I've ordered before and couldn't decide which design/size I liked best and the customer service representative was actually an experienced seller who knew his products very well. . Every time I placed an order I left in a good mood. to meet everyone's needs but keep them in balance. They have old school Nordstrom service/salespeople who don't look at their watches to get to the next call and take the time to really help you like you're in an expensive department store. Those of you who have ordered from them before know that they don't come in a Pajamagram cloth pouch. I finally decided that we're going to change those who are going to vote. My husband has never cared for polar bears, but this year he was adamant. People who know him would laugh at the 2017 pajama fiasco. In fact, after finding them at Revain, they became my favorite pair of pajamas! What can go wrong? Well the measurements. I know Pajamgram and haven't read the reviews. You are really big. Funny big. I usually order M as an oversize for myself, but this year I gained weight so I ordered Large. collarbone. The shirt on me looked like a man's. The men were even worse. They will easily fit a 100-120 lb dog. She weighs about 70 pounds and hangs 3 inches over her butt. Do not resell. Someone said they would shrink if I did this, but they didn't shrink noticeably and the seams didn't unravel. The exchange for a debit card is a bit of a hype. It's just one pair because they're exclusive to Revain, otherwise everything would be easy with Pajamgram. I'm afraid they will run out of one of the sizes I need before I get a loan. This has happened more than once while waiting until Thanksgiving to buy. So if you're contemplating whether to overbuy or wait for a sale, whatever style you choose, don't hesitate or you'll goad yourself on Christmas Eve.
