I was very surprised at the quality of this shelf at this price. I bought it to display my video games as my library grew. Pros: - Really easy to assemble and took about 15-30 minutes. Tip: I recommend building the top first, attaching the bottom guides, and then assembling the bottom. The wood feels real and solid along with the metal supports. around. Cons: - It's not foolproof, so if you don't organize all the parts before assembling, you'll end up with a mess. Tip: Make sure you order the wood from smallest (top) to largest (bottom). Also, make sure you know which metal supports are up and which are down. The silicone cap to protect the wall from metal when leaning against the wall is rather ugly up close, but not noticeable. Overall this was a great purchase and cheaper than any other shelving I've looked at. The high-quality materials really made this sturdy, beautiful shelf. Keep in mind that this isn't a massive shelf to hold an entire library of books, but it's great for displaying things like knick-knacks or, in my case, video games.
