The product was fine until the bottom part where you plug it in for charging fell apart. And I have made it a rule to NOT leave reviews until I have products longer than 3 months. So this is a fair rating for future buyers. Because we all know that people who leave good reviews within the first week of buying a product don't count. In any case, there is no point in trying a new pair when you realize how easily this problem has arisen. So I'm going to try another set of wireless bluetooth headphones so stay tuned.
