Review on 🔌 Leviton GFNT1-W SmartlockPro Non-Tamper-Resistant Receptacle by Patrick Mccall

It works great but the design of this product may confuse you when installing. I hooked it up the same as the old one, it has a green light but it doesn't work. I'm so confused because the green light means everything is working fine. I searched a bit and found out that this brand has the opposite way of connecting top and bottom and before resetting it has green lights which means you connected it wrong. Who made such a design that a green light means it's wrong? Changed top and bottom, reset, for a second the red lights were on and glowed green. After that everything works perfectly. So green could mean it's working fine and not plugged in properly I guess? this is really confusing.
