Very disappointing

A few months ago I ordered a trial pack of Parasol diapers before my daughter was born. I've heard such good things! I love trying innovative products and supporting small businesses and I wanted to give my daughter the very best. The sample bag that Parasol sent me was size 1 so we had to wait a few weeks for it to be big enough to try. When we tried the test diapers, they were incredibly soft, thick, and fit perfectly. I immediately ordered a huge box from Revain. The Parasol diapers I bought from Revain are so awful that I wonder if this was an intentional bait and switch by the company. There can't be a problem with counterfeit diapers as there are no third party suppliers of Parasol yet. I got real Parasol diapers. They just suck. The pattern on these diapers is the same as the test pack I received from Parasol, but they are thin, don't fit well and don't hold much urine or feces. Since diapers do not absorb moisture well, they smell very strongly. The humidity indicator does not work reliably. We've only been using them for a few days, but we've had a few leaks and breakages. These diapers look and feel like they were made by a drunk person using cheap tissues and unbranded tape. I'm not sure we'll even use the box I bought. We could just cut our losses. I would not choose these diapers for my baby even if they were the cheapest on the market (but of course also very expensive). You are the worst.

Pros
  • Great design
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging
