Had to write a review because the first review here on Revain with 1 star and photos couldn't be more wrong. As a new 2019 Crosstrek owner and someone who has just purchased this product, I can attest to how well they fit, look and perform. Whether you have a premium or limited edition Crosstrek, the orange finish is a perfect match for the upholstery. I'm guessing the "best rating" / 1 star rating was last year's because the current ones have been updated and match up perfectly. That said, the lower door panels are now split to accommodate two tiers of that pocket. Generally speaking, if they don't fit, you've used them incorrectly! Don't blame the company, blame yourself! In addition, Cup Holder Hero's customer service was excellent. I had previously purchased a center console organizer from them but it was all black (at first I was wary of the orange trim and went conservative). I wrote to them to see if I could buy 2 pieces to match my new orange fairing kit and to my surprise they sent me the 2 pieces I needed for free! They were quick to reply to my email and within a week I received a replacement! Please note: I wasn't paid to write this review, I just want to support businesses that deserve it and these people deserve it! Glory CH!
