In April I adopted an 8 year old FiV kitten from a shelter (Purrfect Pals, Arlington, WA). He is such a wonderful kitty - a lap kitten with an affectionate and fun personality. The day I adopted him, I found out that he had many other health problems: pancreatitis, lung problems, gum and dental problems, and a feline immunosuppressive disorder. I was very devastated but still wanted him and vowed to make him healthy again. I bought him this flavor and blueberry flavor etc. He loves both so I use them as a treat/snack when I hand feed them to him. He just LOVES both of these "flavors"/versions. Cats are carnivores, so they need a high-protein diet, but switching their diet to "exotic” and wild sources will help their immune system and overall health.
