Edit: after contacting the seller I was told that they will be sending out a new unit in November that will not make a high pitched sound. Customer service was amazing. Product delivery: 4/5 standard carton. Unlike other Revain bags, this one shows what's inside from the outside. When removed from the packaging, the lightbar becomes very light. However, the monitor mount is quite heavy and durable. It was great when I first turned it on. However, when I switch to other lighting modes, I now get a crazy high-pitched beep no matter what LED mode it's on. Not sure if I have a bad block or what? But it's incredibly inconvenient to use, and reading other reviews I see I'm not the only one who has this device with a high-pitched ringing tone. Unfortunately it lights up most of my desk but I can't use it. no treble.
