We have sets in every color for our kids and we make sure to wear glasses when we see a screen. They are 2 and 4 and have no problem. A two year old may play with it or take it off here and there, but she's learning! They're flexible, durable, and even come with interchangeable on-ear headphones and a strap to keep them on your head, all in a small case. The extra elements mean kids can change the colors and really personalize them, which is a lot of fun. way to do the normal part of wearing with screens. They are quite flexible and my husband and I only put them on to see how well they block blue light (which was noticeable even though the lenses were barely yellow). They are also small enough to fit on my 2 year old's head. A family member who is an optometrist mentioned that blue light can permanently damage eyes, so we wanted to protect her eyes. Especially when they play educational games or spend some time behind the screen.
