Waste of money for iron and steam iron

I was skeptical when my wife went for a cheap steam iron but we only need it to iron some dress shirts so I decided to give it a try. Sorry for the language, but this thing sucks! Got it, filled to the line and plugged in, worked great. within 2 full minutes. I couldn't get it to heat up or steam out for the rest of the day. My wife tried again a few days later to no avail. I just gave it one more try, all I had to do was steam this shirt I was going to wear today. .turned it on and it started heating up immediately. I thought great, it wasn't a waste of money. I steamed almost 1 sleeve when the steam stopped flowing and the steamer had cooled. Now I can't get it to turn on. So I guess if you know what shirt you're going to be wearing in 2 weeks, and you can steam 1 piece of it every day for the next 10 or 12 days in the allotted 2 minute work time per day for that piece of junk, then that's it that's a bargain since it's only $12 or $16. but if you're expecting to plug it in and steam the shirt you want to wear that day, don't waste your money. that thing is rubbish. I guess it's my fault for expecting something so cheap to work properly.
