Just the right size. pink is beautiful Easy to hold 14 oz. a can of ravioli and kept it hot along with spaghetti, chili, and ramen noodles. I poured hot microwave water into the thermos to heat it up and then poured it in before adding food. It's probably not necessary, but that's what I do. My granddaughter takes it to school for lunch. It's nice to have hot food on cold days and she prefers to take her lunch to go rather than eat the school lunch. There's also a large hole that's easy to eat out of, and the folding spoon is an added bonus. A fork wouldn't hurt either! Will definitely buy again.
