Just the thing for sous vide cooking!
What a great product! I use them every week when I cook sous vide. I put the weights in the bottom of the lunch bag. They are safe to use in a bag as they are food safe and also the perfect size. These weights keep the food packages in the water and even allow for cooking. I don't put mine in the dishwasher because it only takes a minute to wash and rinse. I highly recommend this product!
