I use it with plain water to freshen up my haircut after sleeping or getting up. It helps shed the frizz shape and re-energize the hair product without having to add more. The release handle is pressure sensitive and can spray a lot or little depending on whether you press it lightly or firmly. Very versatile for a solid spray or just a fine mist.
